This 8-week program introduces basic strokes, positioning and strategy specific to padel. Participants will also play simplified games to learn the basic rules and scoring.
Rookie Level: Beginners with limited or no experience playing padel.
Raquets are provided but participants may bring their own raquet, if desired. Participants must wear indoor running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing (ie shorts and t-shirt). There is a maximum of 6 participants and each class is 55 minutes.
