COURT RENTALS

Rules & Policies:

1. Everyone must wear indoor shoes only -- no exceptions.  Comfortable athletic clothing is also recommended.
2. There must be at least one adult present to supervise a group of minors.  Rental participants must conduct themselves appropriately to ensure there is no potential for damage to the facility and equipment.
3. There is a maximum of 6 participants permitted on the padel and pickleball courts during rentals.
4. There is a maximum of 10 participants permitted in the multi-sport court during a rental.
5. All time-slots have a 5 minute clean-up time built into their time slot. For example, if your time is scheduled from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, your actual time on the court will be from 6:30pm to 7:25pm.
6. Equipment is available for rent if required. Otherwise, you may bring your own.
7. Full payment must be provided upon booking. We will not temporarily hold reservations for any period of time. You may only book and secure ice time with full payment.
8. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will not be granted at any time. A credit in the amount of the rental fee will be applied to the rental customer's account at Rookie + Ace Multi-Sport. Note: if there is a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the court time, there will be no credit granted.
9. Rookie + Ace Multi-Sport does not accept any responsibility for personal injury or damage, loss or theft of personal items, or for anyone present on the invitation of such Team/Rental Customer/Organization/Party. The consumption of alcohol and use of tobacco or cannabis products are strictly prohibited at this facility. The use of these items or similar products will result in automatic cancellation of the facility rental without refund. The listed rates are subject to change without notice.
